Exhibit introduction:
CC ceramic sand is a sand casting material independently developed by ZhongAng New Material, which includes five series of CC-1, CC-2, CC-3, C441, 3D printing sand, mainly used in casting cold core box, coated sand, 3D printing, disappearing mold, furan self-hardening, environmentally friendly regeneration of sand and other process areas.
Product advantages:
(1) Mixed with silica sand, no segregation phenomenon, good filling and demolding properties in core making process, and compact sand core shooting.
(2) During the curing process of sand core, there is no curing delamination phenomenon, and the tendency of curing shell of sand core is smaller.
(3) High tensile/flexural strength of sand core, outstanding high temperature compression resistance.
(4) Avoid cracking due to expansion of the sand core at high temperature, causing defects such as broken core and vein lines.
(5) Can effectively improve the casting accuracy and size and surface and internal cavity quality.
